3.1 Welcome Bonus

New players at sp999 will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The following conditions apply to receiving this bonus:

  • A 20x wagering requirement must be met after claiming the bonus.
  • No withdrawals may be made before the wagering requirement is fulfilled.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

sp999 currently accepts the popular mobile banking methods available in Bangladesh:

  • bKash, Nagad and Rocket — Minimum deposit for all methods: ৳200.
  • Deposit amounts are credited to the account immediately.
  • The correct reference number must be used when making a deposit.
  • Deposits made with incorrect information may be delayed.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
  • Withdrawals may only be made to a registered payment method.
  • The withdrawal process is generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes.
  • Withdrawals may be delayed until identity verification is complete.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

The sp999 VIP Club is divided into five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond.

  • Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week.
  • Silver: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
  • Gold: Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
  • Platinum: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
  • Diamond: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.
